We provide AI/ML-based software, analytical tools, online consulting, and downloadable content. All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.
You agree that you are responsible for understanding what you are purchasing and how it is intended to be used. For custom services, additional terms may apply and will be outlined in your project agreement.
3. Ordering and Payments
All prices are listed in Pound sterling (GBP), Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified and include applicable taxes.
Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your credit card details.
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive access to your purchased product or service within the timeframe stated on the product page.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing.
Custom consulting services may be cancelled with 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made after this point may not be refunded.
